You can connect to hosting via various FTP clients, for example FTP client FileZilla. You can download the client at the following link: https://filezilla-project.org/.
After ordering a shared hosting service, the data about the FTP connection is always sent to your e-mail.
You can also create a new FTP user. To do this, go to the Directadmin hosting control panel, section "FTP Management" and click "Create an account"
To connect use:
Host - IP address of your hosting (available in your personal cabinet and in the letter in the mail)
Login - Login of your hosting.
Password - Password of your hosting.
