What is a promo tariff?

Promotional tariff is an inexpensive tariff that allows you to test the operation of our Virtual server (VPS). Important: This tariff limits the use of SMTP ports for sending email: TCP ports 25, 465 and 587 are blocked and cannot be unblocked. The tariff is valid for 1 month; after this period the service will be deleted. However, you can switch from a promotional tariff to a regular one by contacting technical support.

Step 1. Create an application in your personal cabinet, section "Technical Support "

Step 2. Write in the application the desired tariff or server configuration to which you want to switch. 

You also have the opportunity to test all our locations by reinstalling your server. In order to change the location of your virtual private server Virtual server (VPS), you need to: 

Step 1. In your personal cabinet, go to the "Service management - Active Services" section.

Step 2. Click on the gear icon under the service number.

Step 3. Click on the "Reinstall ing parameters" button.

Step 4. Enter the service number in the first field, select the desired data center and OS. Check the "Change IP address" box and click "Reinstall".
