How to change the payment period for a service?

The opportunity to change the payment period appears 10 days before the end of the paid period. To change the payment period, log in to your personal cabinet and follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure that the auto-renewal function is activated. If it is not enabled, click the "Enable renewal" button.


  1. Select the renewal period


After selecting the renewal period, the service will be automatically renewed for the specified period of time, provided you have sufficient funds in your account balance.
